Shipping Policy

All orders placed with Moupity are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is submitted.

Orders will ship within 1–3 business days after inventory is in hand. All shipments use standard shipping unless otherwise stated.

Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, VAT, or import duties upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
